"That, following changes to the political proportionality of the Council:
1. The membership of the Corporate and Finance Overview and Scrutiny Committee be increased from 11 to 13 members, in order to maintain constitutional arrangements and political proportionality on that committee.
That the following changes to Committee membership be agreed:
