• Blue Badge Fully Managed Service
• Various projects for repair works and improvements to schools delivered by Education Infrastructure
• Demolition of Tower Blocks at Druids Heath
• The Repair, Maintenance and Major Refurbishments of Lifts in Housing, Council Buildings and Schools
• Professional Services – Residential Property Acquisition Programme (PAP) - Phase 2
• Supply of Spring/Summer Bedding & Horticultural Products
• Facilities Management Managed Service Provider (MSP) Framework
• Crematorium Equipment, Service, Maintenance & Repair
• Northbrook House Lease & Repair Pilot
