Purpose
To approve the appropriation of The Norman Power Centre (NPC), into the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) for use as a 64-70 unit homeless centre. The NPC is also under consideration to be the future site for Homeless Outreach Centre (HOC)

On 22 July 2025 Cabinet:-

(i)    Approved the appropriation of Norman Power Centre (NPC) into the Housing                       Revenue Account (HRA) for £3.52m as set out in 8.4 to the report;

(ii)   Authorised the Director of Law & Governance & Monitoring Officer to execute and               complete all necessary legal documents to give effect to the above decisions.
