Cabinet on 28 June 2016 agreed:- (i) That meetings of the Cabinet be held on the dates and time set out in Appendix ‘A’ to the report; (ii) That the bodies detailed in Appendix ‘B’ to the report be appointed until the appropriate meeting of the Cabinet in the next Municipal Year which considers appointments, with the functions and delegations detailed in Appendix ‘B’ to the report and that Members be appointed to serve thereon; (iii) That representatives be appointed/re-appointed to serve on the Outside Bodies until the appropriate meeting of the Cabinet in the next Municipal Year which considers appointments (See Appendix ‘C’ to the report) and that those appointments which are continuing be noted; (iv) That those appointments which are no longer needed, detailed in Appendix ‘D’ to the report, be noted; (v) To note that updated Appendices ‘B’ and ‘C’ to the report reflecting the final appointments made at today’s meeting will be posted on the CMIS database. THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN IS 1600 HOURS ON 4 JULY 2016.
