On 9 November 2021, Cabinet:-

 

  1. Authorised the settlement proposal in exempt appendix 1 to the report;

     

  2. Delegated authority to the City Solicitor in consultation with the Leader and the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources to enter into all necessary documentation to execute the settlement in accordance with the report;

     

  3. Further to the Cabinet approvals from 3 December 2018 and 15 December 2020, it has been noted that the expenditure required for the settlement proposal set out in exempt appendix 1 to the report is still in line with those approvals.
