On 19 May 2025, Cabinet Committee – Property:-

(i)             Authorised the Assistant Director of Investment & Valuation to conclude a land sale of the Council owned property, “Plots 2, 3, 4 and 5 Perry Barr Residential Scheme Phase 1” (“the Property”) as shown edged red and bold on the site plan attached as Appendix 1, and extending to approximately 3.75 acres, to the Purchaser as detailed in Exempt Appendix 2 and Exempt Appendix 3 to the report by way of conditional sale consideration at the premiums set out in Exempt Appendix 2 and Exempt Appendix 3;

(ii)           Authorised the City Solicitor (or their delegate) to prepare, negotiate, execute, and complete all relevant legal documentation to give effect to the above; and

(iii)          Noted the pre-decision scrutiny undertaken by the Economy, Skills and Culture Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
