Purpose
To seek Cabinet approval to appropriate Perry Barr Plot 6 from the General Fund (GF) to the Housing Revenue Account (HRA). The appropriation is being proposed to enable the General Fund to access a capital receipt, supporting broader financial targets whilst the Council can utilise Plot 6 for affordable housing.
