On 28 June 2022, Cabinet:-

(i)       Agreed to purchase the long leasehold interest of the office building known as 9 Colmore Row;

(ii)      authorised the Assistant Director of Property to agree the purchase of the two 9 Colmore Row long leasehold interests dated January 2983 (WM371843 and WM371841);

(iii)     authorised the City Solicitor to negotiate, execute and complete all necessary legal documents to give effect to the purchase.
