(i) Approved the Local Development Scheme
2023-2026, as set out at Appendix 1 to the report to come into effect on 27 November
2023;
(ii) Delegated authority to the Director of
Planning, Transport and Sustainability in consultation with the Leader of the
Council to make any minor typographical/graphical amendments to the Local
Development Scheme prior to its publication.
