To seek Cabinet ratification of the Housing Birmingham Partnership Statement. This is a high level statement of the partnership's priorities for action. On 25 July 2017, Cabinet - (i) Endorsed the Housing Birmingham partnership strategy (Appendix 1 & Summary – Appendix 2 of the report); (ii) agreed to commit to adopting the approaches outlined in the strategy as the strategic direction for improving housing conditions and truly making Birmingham a great place to live for all citizens; (iii) agreed to working through the Housing Birmingham partnership to deliver the ambitions of the strategy; (iv) mandated the Cabinet Member for Housing and Homes to further evolve, develop and monitor the implementation of the strategy through the Housing Birmingham partnership. THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN IS 1600 HOURS ON MONDAY 31 JULY 2017.
