Decision Outcome

On 16 March 2026 Cabinet Committee – Property:-

(i)       Approved the freehold disposal as detailed in Exempt Appendix 2 of the report;

(ii)       Authorised the Executive Director of Place, Prosperity and Sustainability in conjunction with the Director of Property & Regeneration, to agree the final terms of the agreement and conclude the sale as recommended in Exempt Appendix 2 of the report; and

(iii)      Authorised the City Solicitor and Monitoring Officer to prepare, negotiate, execute and complete all relevant legal documentation necessary to give effect to the above recommendations.
