Purpose
This report seeks approval to alter the age range at Adderley Nursery School (1 St. Saviours Road, Saltley, Birmingham, B8 1HN) from 2–5 years old to 9 months–5 years old, effective from 1st April 2026. The proposal aligns with the government initiative to expand the working families’ childcare offer to children aged 9 months onwards from September 2025 and responds to local demand for younger childcare.
