On the 27 April 2026 the Executive Director, , Place, Prosperity & Sustainability under delegated authority: -

(i) Approved Warm Homes Local Grant spend for the identified projects up to the value £9.187m from 2025 to April 2028.

 

(ii) Approved the monitoring of spend to be managed by City Housing Service Director, Strategy and Enabling in collaboration with finance partner, AD Route to Zero and overseen by Executive Director of City Housing; and 

 

(iii) Agreed for ongoing reporting on spend and progress to be made to EPS board under the Integrated Settlement programme. 

 

NB:  THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN EXPIRES ON THURSDAY 30 APRIL 2026 AT 1600 HOURS.
