Decision Outcome

On 26 February 2026 Cabinet Committee Group Company Governance:-

(i) Approved the proposal to undertake a commercial data-mining exercise to support informed decision-making and, where appropriate, the consolidation or strike-off of companies;

(ii) Approved the next-phase plan to commence prioritised commercial deep-dives once the consolidated dataset is complete, informed by the prioritisation methodology presented at the January 2026 Commercial Board. See Appendix B to the report, Commercial and rocurement Service (CPS) Companies Status Report;

(iii) Approved the proposed escalation routes for missing information (such as management accounts) or where material change occurs; and

(iv) Noted the update on Acivico regarding the proposed revised operating and contracting model and note that a further report will be brought back once the new contract has been issued and the revised contracting and procurement model has been documented.
