Decision Outcome

On 23 September 2025, Cabinet Committee – Property:-

 

(i)  Authorised the Assistant Director of Corporate Landlord to conclude the lease regear of Council owned freehold land at Bristol Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham, (“the Property”) as shown edged bold on attached plan at Appendix A, to the report and extending to 0.732 hectares (1.81 acres), to the Tenant as detailed in exempt Appendix B to the report;

 

(ii)  Noted that the Tenant will pay a contribution towards the Council’s surveyor and legal costs, as detailed in Exempt Appendix B, to the report;

 

 (iii)  Authorised the City Solicitor to prepare, negotiate, execute and complete all relevant documentation to give effect to the above decisions.
