Purpose
Birmingham City Council adopted a Vision for Adult Social Care and a strategy for delivering it in October 2017. This was revised in 2020 in light of the impact of the Covid pandemic.  It is now appropriate to revisit the Vision and strategy for delivery due to major changes in the landscape in Birmingham.
