On 23 July 2024, Cabinet:-
(i) Representatives be Appointed/re-appointed to serve on the Outside Bodies until the appropriate meeting of the Cabinet in the next Municipal Year which considers appointments (See Appendix A to the report) and that those appointments which are continuing be noted;
(ii) Noted that any updates to Appendix A to the report reflecting the final appointments made at today’s meeting will be posted on the CMIS database;
(iii) Noted that officer appointments to Outside Bodies is paused whilst consideration is given to appointing independent non-executive directors to these positions. Member appointments will continue to be made
