Decision Outcome

On 20 July 2026 Cabinet Committee – Property:-

(i)       Authorised the Director of Property and Regeneration to conclude the sale of the Council owned freehold property at the former Falcon Lodge Community Centre, Sutton Coldfield (“the Property”) as shown bold black on the attached Appendix A, to the report, to the purchaser as detailed in Exempt Appendix B, to the report, with an anti-embarrassment provision to be applied;

(ii)       Noted that the purchaser will pay a contribution towards the Council’s legal costs, as detailed in Exempt Appendix B, to the report;

(iii)      Authorised the City Solicitor (Monitoring Officer) to prepare, negotiate, execute, and complete all relevant legal documentation to give effect to the above decision.
