(i) Approved the acceptance of a grant for Bikeability cycle training in 2023/24 from Active Travel England for the value of £585,847; and
(ii) Authorised the City Solicitor & Monitoring Officer (or their delegate) to negotiate, execute, seal and complete all the necessary documentation to give effect to the above recommendations.
