On 16 April 2019,

 

(i)      Cabinet agreed to adopt the Langley SUE and Peddimore SPDs, report Appendix 1 and 2 as part of the City’s planning framework against which planning applications for these sites will be assessed;

(ii)     Cabinet determined that a full Strategic Environmental Assessment is not required for the Langley SUE and Peddimore SPDs.
