On 16 May 2017, Cabinet:- (i) Approved the Vision and Forward Plan set out in section 5 of the report as a statement of Birmingham City Council’s strategic priorities; (ii) Approved the measures included in the Vision and Forward Plan, set out in section 6 of the report as the basis for monitoring progress on Birmingham City Council’s strategic priorities for 2017/18 this to be part of the Council’s performance management framework; (iii) Approved the measures set out in section 7 of the report as the basis for monitoring the organisational health of Birmingham City Council.
