Purpose

Approval of this report which provides details of the planned procurement activity for the period February 2023 – April 2023 for the following listed below:

 

  1. Vehicle Hire - Mini-buses
  2. Cashless Parking Payment
  3. Maintenance, Servicing and Supply of Fire Extinguishers
  4. Advice to support the Property Investment Strategy
  5. Eclipse Software as a Service
  6. Contact Centre Telephony and Omni Channel Platform
  7. Contract renewals in 2022/23 that are to be procured via Direct Award to support the Digital Strategy

 

Planned procurement activities reported previously are not repeated in this report.

Decision Outcome
