On 14 December 2021, Cabinet:-

(i)       approved the carrying out of a Community Governance Review (CGR) in relation to a proposal to create a new parish (neighbourhood) council in the Balsall Heath area, with the boundary described in Appendix 1.2.2 to the report;

(ii)      approved the draft Terms of Reference for the CGR in Appendix 1 to the report, subject to any amendments.
