Decision Outcome

On 18 August 2025, Cabinet Committee – Property:-

(i) Authorised the Assistant Director Corporate Landlord to conclude a sale of the Council’s freehold interest on the recommended terms as set out in Exempt Appendix 3 to the report;

(ii) Noted the purchaser will meet payment of the Council’s legal and surveyor’s costs, as detailed in Exempt Appendix 3 to the report;

(iii) Authorised the City Solicitor to prepare, negotiate, execute and complete all relevant legal documentation to give effect to the above.
