On 20 September 2016, Cabinet:-
(i) Approved the strategy and the commencement of tendering activity for the Arboriculture Services (Non-Highway) Framework Agreement 2017 - 2022 in accordance with the requirements and approach outlined in Section 5 of the report;
(ii) delegated authority to the Acting Strategic Director of Place in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Procurement, the Strategic Director of Finance and Legal (or their delegate) and the City Solicitor (or their delegate) to award the Arboriculture Services (Non-Highway) Framework Agreement 2017 - 2022 following the completion of the tendering process.
