Decision Outcome
On 21 January 2025 Cabinet:-
- Recommended that lessons learnt should be noted with a view to inform decision making at all levels and be used as guidance to improve current and future schemes undertaken by the Council as part of day-to-day project activities; and
- Noted the related key points, as set out in paragraphs 8.2 - 8.3, to the report, arising from the pre-decision scrutiny of the proposed sale of Plots 6-8 and the proposed appropriation to the HRA of Plot 9 and which was undertaken by the Economy, Skills and Culture Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 9 July 2024, together with the comments of the Commissioners and considers the response to them.
