Purpose
To consider the future of residential lodges in Parks held on charitable trust, further to the reports presented to Committee on the 5th November 2014 and 4th March 2015. This matter was not included in the Forward Plan because the governance of Charitable Trusts does not give rise to any “key” decisions but deals with private matters in addition to the public report and both reports must be read together.
