On 25 July 2017, Cabinet:- (i) Authorised the Interim Corporate Director Adult Social Care & Health to incur spend up to £27.06m of iBCF resources in line with approvals from the Health & Wellbeing Board and as detailed in report Appendix 1; (ii) noted that spend will be incurred through either existing approved contracts or under new contractual arrangements that will be procured in accordance with Procurement Governance Arrangements; (iii) authorised the City Solicitor to negotiate, execute and complete all necessary agreements and documentation to give effect to the above decisions. THE DEADLINE FOR CALL IN IS 1600 HOURS ON MONDAY 31 JULY 2017.
