Purpose
This report seeks approval from Cabinet to make the annual financial contribution for 2021/22 to the Section 75 Agreement with Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Black Country and West Birmingham CCG for:

- Learning Disability
- Mental Health

March 2022, Cabinet:-
(i) Approved the following
financial contributions for 2021/22 to the three Section 75 agreements as
follows:
(a) Better
Care Fund - £91.263m
(b) Learning
Disability - £114.204m
(c) Mental
Health - £16.864m
(ii) authorised the
Director of Adult Social Care to conclude negotiations with Birmingham and
Solihull NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Black Country and West
Birmingham NHS Clinical Commissioning Group in respect of the funding approved
under para (i) above on the three S75 agreements;
(iii) authorised the
Acting City Solicitor (or their delegate) to conclude and enter into all legal
documents to give effect to the above.
