On 14 May 2024, Cabinet:-

 

  1. Supported the changes to the Framework following formal draft consultation and adopts the final CBF 2045 Document (attached in Appendix 1 to the report), as the Council’s vision and land use ambitions for the area. The Framework will shape development within Central Birmingham and guide future investment;

     

  2. Endorsed the CBF 2045 as a significant place-based strategy to unlock regeneration opportunities to secure and deliver growth aligned to the proposals.
