On 26 May 2020, Cabinet:

 

  1. Approved the Community Led Housing Policy contained in Appendix 1 of the report (the CLH Policy);

     

  2. Delegated authority to the Acting Director for Neighbourhoods to bid for any available Community Homes Fund Revenue Grant to support the CLH Policy development work further, alongside the CLH sector and Housing Birmingham Partnership.
