To provide details of the procurement strategy for the provision of an enforcement agency revenue service for a four-year period commencing 1^st April 2021 following a further competition exercise using the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation’s (YPO) Enforcement Agency Services Dynamic Purchasing System. In view of the existing contract arrangements for employment agent services within Revenue due to expire on 31^st March 2021, a replacement contract is required to support the collection of revenues within the Digital and Customer Services directorate.
